We are always striving to create a positive experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase.

To create a return please email parts@tricounty.biz to get the authorization. Please note, we do not refund any shipping fees and it is the customers responsibility for shipping fees to return the item.
This guarantee does not cover items damaged by improper use, improper installation, or customer damage.

Return Policy
Merchandise Purchased from Furniture-Parts.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 DAYS of the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to return the package and any restocking fees.
To Process any return contact us by phone at 561-221-0230 or by sending an email to our customer service at parts@tricounty.biz Any item/items returned without 1st contacting Furniture-Parts.com to receive an authorization and return instructions will be refused and no refund will be issued. The costs incurred by Furniture-Parts.com to ship an item to the customer will not be reimbursed. This is the actual shipping charge and the cost of any packaging. We cannot take returns on products with gas cylinders that have been over-extended or opened, in these cases the product has been irreparably damaged by user error.
All returns must be the original product and damage free*. All items are marked for these purposes and will be checked upon receipt. If you return an item that is not the original item purchased, you will not receive a refund. Items returned after our return period will not be refunded, unless approved prior to being returned. Any parts being returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Motors are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We are happy to offer in home service to assist you in your repair to most of the lower 48 US states. (note additional fees apply)
Domestic USA Shipping
Furniture-Parts.com offers FREE shipping for all standard domestic recliner handle and recliner cable orders. Fee shipping also applies to many of our smaller furniture repair parts normally that weigh 13 oz or less.
Furniture-Parts.com reserves the right to determine which parts we sell qualify for free shipping. Domestic orders include the lower 48 states plus Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping will be US Postal First-Class Mail for packages up to 13 oz. Items under 13 oz qualify for free shipping in the United States. For packages greater than 13 oz shipping will be calculated when purchasing. Orders will be shipped on the next business day unless product is on back order at which point, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Method / Shipping Times
- US Postal First Class/Usually arrives within 5 to 7 business days after shipping
- US Postal Priority/Usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days after shipping
- Express Mail/Usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days after shipping
We are not responsible for carrier transit time. You will be provided the tracking number via SMS once your item has been packaged for shipment. You may also call us at any time to confirm or with any questions.
International Shipping
For orders outside the United States and Canada, please contact us directly. For orders in Canada, shipping will be calculated when completing your purchase online. The return policy remains the same as above.
Wholesale Purchase
If you are interested in bulk purchases of our products, contact us by email parts@tricounty.biz. We offer discounts based on the number of units ordered, starting at 25 units and larger discounts for larger purchases.
