If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery, following the instructions below.

We accept **Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover** credit cards.
All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. Furniture‑Parts.com does not store your full credit card information.
Return Policy
Merchandise purchased from Furniture‑Parts.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Contact us first by phone (561‑221‑0230) or email (parts@tricounty.biz) to receive authorization and return instructions.
- Include all original packaging, parts, and manuals.
- The product must be the original item purchased, in **unused and damage‑free condition**.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and no refund issued*
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (including packaging materials) are **non‑refundable.
Restocking Fees:
Standard parts: 20%
Motors: 30%
Restocking fees apply to all approved returns, including unopened items.
Special orders and clearance items are not returnable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items:
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within **3 business days** of delivery.
We will coordinate a replacement or refund at **no additional charge** once the issue is verified.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Items returned after the 14‑day period will not be refunded unless explicitly approved prior to return.
Non‑Returnable Items:
Gas cylinders that have been extended or opened (irreparable by user error).
Custom or special‑ordered components.
Clearance or final‑sale items.

Domestic USA Shipping
Furniture-Parts.com offers FREE shipping on most standard domestic recliner handle, switches, remotes and cable orders, as well as many lighter furniture repair parts (13 oz or less). We reserve the right to determine which products qualify for free shipping.
Domestic orders include the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Shipping Methods and Approximate Delivery Times:
- USPS First‑Class Mail: 5–7 business days after shipping (for packages ≤ 13 oz)
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days after shipping
- Express Mail: 1–2 business days after shipping
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you directly.
Tracking information will be provided via SMS and/or email once your item has been packaged for shipment.
We are not responsible for carrier‑related transit delays or damages.
International Shipping
Shipping to **Canada** is calculated automatically at checkout.
The same return policy applies to all international orders.
